As part of our learning in RE, Year 4 participated in a workshop about Hinduism. We learnt all about the Hindu way of life, stories, festivals and even completed some Indian art. We had a great time and learnt lots of new information.
This term, 4HM took part in their own assault course in order to raise money for Children in Need. Everyone put in their best effort to complete the course and raise money for a fantastic cause. A great time was had by all. Well done, 4HM.
In Year 4 this term, we have been learning all about the ancient Egyptians. We have looked at many different areas of their lives, including pharaohs, mummification and their relationships with animals. During a geography lesson, the children used secondary sources to identify the importance of the river Nile during the ancient Egyptian period. The children worked incredibly hard to produce a factual poster to inform others. They did a great job.
