In art, Year 5 the children are learning about life cycles and 10 eggs were brought into school.
We watched them hatch and then were able to hold them.
In art, Year 5 made rainforest animals and people in the style of Giacometti, using wire and ModRoc. Although the finished products did not necessarily turn out as good as we wanted, they were great fun to make and decorate.
Also, for PE, 5ML were lucky enough to participate in rugby sessions with coaches from Bristol Bears!

In science, Year 5 made Plasticine boats to investigate why some objects float. Our first attempts were not very successful but they improved when we tried again.
